Carpet Cleaning

  • Our fully trained technicians follow all major carpet manufacturers' recommendations and warranty requirements, including those for stain-resistant carpeting.

  • All products used in our cleaning process have the CRI Green Seal of approval. The CRI (Carpet Rug Institute) tests the effectiveness of carpet cleaning equipment and chemicals to ensure that they effectively remove soil without damage to the carpet.

Upholstery Cleaning

Like so many things in your home, every piece of upholstered furniture is unique and requires special care. Whether you're caring for a family heirloom, your newest purchase, or a thrift store find, you can trust GreenTech to clean, re-fresh and revive your furniture, helping it to look its best for years to come!
  • Before beginning, our cleaning specialists carefully inspect the fabric and construction of each piece before selecting the cleaning method best suited for your material. That's because we want to ensure that your furniture gets the specialized attention it requires.
  • We use the same cleaning solution for both carpet & upholstery cleaning. The upholstery is cleaned using an extraction unit. The cleaning solution is applied to the furniture, and then after it has broken up the soil, both soil and cleaning solution are extracted from the furniture.
  • The drying time may vary depending upon the type of fabric used on the furniture.

    All custom quotes for service inculde all of the following: pre-walk through, pre-vacuum, spot clean, deep clean, deodorization, post-vacuum, and post-walk through.  Room/Areas average ~ $225 minimum trip charge.
